We review readiness and fit before accepting a unit. The agreed scope sets out guest communication, calendar coordination, turnover coordination, and reporting. Booking outcomes are not guaranteed.

Agree on responsibilities before we start.

Before booking, the written scope identifies the team’s tasks, owner approvals, vendor arrangements, response coverage, and reporting schedule. It also specifies the co-hosting fee, how it is calculated, and any separate cleaning, maintenance, platform, or software costs. Owners retain control of their listing and approve the agreed scope.
