Superbahost started in 2017 with a single furnished unit in Venice. Over seven years the practice grew to 13 units across Breeze Ave, Superba Ave, Beverly Glen, Dudley Ave, and Culver City — all managed under one operational system built from scratch.
Every process — guest screening, pricing, turnover coordination, communication standards, and owner reporting — was designed and tested on real inventory, not assembled from a course or a franchise playbook.
The result is a hosting group that runs with the systems of a professional operator and the judgment of someone who has personally managed every challenge that comes with mid-term furnished stays in Los Angeles.
Superbahost is a business management consulting and co-hosting practice. We do not hold property management licenses or operate as a licensed PM firm under California law.
We work with a small number of properties at a time. Operational depth — not headcount — is the standard. If a property doesn't fit the model, we say so.
Superbahost is structured exclusively around 30⁺ day minimum stays. We do not manage nightly rentals, weekend bookings, or STR-classified listings.
Mid-term furnished stays are a real operating business. We help build the system — but the asset still needs to be taken seriously.
