Qualifying criteria.

Property is located in a Superbahost operating market (Venice, Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Culver City, West LA, Beverly Glen, or Las Vegas)
Unit is furnished or within 30 days of being ready
Owner is committed to a 30⁺ day minimum stay model
No existing property management contract in place
Owner is responsive and engaged with the operation
