Know what your property needs before you spend on setup. Our standard offer is 30–180 day furnished stays, with extensions available when needed.
- Location and demand review: employers, hospitals, project hubs, access, comfort, and comparable furnished rentals.
- Rental and operating-cost scenarios, with assumptions and vacancy sensitivity clearly stated.
- Furniture, kitchen utensils, cookware, linens, supplies, photography, and Schlage entry-system gap checklist.
- Prioritized written setup plan, preliminary budget, and written feedback by email.
Your full $299 is credited toward a full setup engagement booked within 30 days of blueprint delivery. Scope and delivery date are confirmed before payment. Revenue, occupancy, and search placement are not guaranteed.
