No. Full setup can include furnishing, stocking, and delivery coordination. An already-furnished unit may only need the $2,500–$3,500 listing and systems package.
For a ready furnished unit, the listing and systems package targets 21 days after required materials and access are confirmed. On-site projects have an agreed schedule based on deliveries, vendors, and readiness. The blueprint delivery date is confirmed before payment.
We check your door, connectivity, and workflow before recommending a Schlage model or software plan. Guest-access and automation features depend on supported hardware and integrations. Hardware and subscriptions are separate costs.
