Submit your property details via the intake form. We review location, unit type, and availability. Most responses within 48 hours.
We Assess
A quick walkthrough — virtual or in-person for SoCal. We determine midterm viability, suggest any setup adjustments, and confirm the fit.
We Launch
Listing built, pricing set, Airbnb profile optimized for midterm guests. Calendar goes live. First booking typically within 7–14 days.
We Run It
Ongoing calendar ops, guest screening, check-in and check-out coordination. You get a monthly statement. That's your only touchpoint.

Guest Screening
Every guest vetted before booking confirmation. We look for verified IDs, booking history, and fit with the midterm profile. No nightly guests. Ever.
Check-In & Check-Out
Systematized arrival and departure flow. Digital instructions, keyless entry setup, and a post-checkout inspection protocol on every stay.
Guest Communication
All guest messages handled. Pre-arrival, during stay, and checkout. Response time under 2 hours. You are never the point of contact.
Calendar Operations
Booking flow, gap management, and pricing adjustments. Calendar gaps above 14 days get proactive outreach to fill. Occupancy is the metric.
Monthly Reporting
Clean statement every month. Bookings, occupancy rate, yield, and any operational notes. No surprises. All data in one place.
What We Take On.
We are selective by design. Superbahost currently co-hosts 13 properties. Adding a new node means it needs to meet the same standard as everything already in the portfolio.

Location
West LA, broader SoCal, or Las Vegas. We do not work in markets we haven't underwritten. If you're outside these areas, ask — we may be expanding.
Unit Type
Full apartments, guest houses, casitas, or standalone homes. No shared units. Guests on 30–180 day stays need full private access.
Availability
Calendar needs to be open for midterm bookings. If you have existing short-term guests or other obligations, we map around them in the intake call.
Condition
Clean, functional, and camera-ready. We can advise on setup before launch — but the baseline needs to be there. Photos matter more than you think.

Broader Southern California market. Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Pasadena, Long Beach, Orange County. Must be within 45 minutes of LA's creative industry corridor.
Las Vegas
Henderson, Summerlin, and Vegas proper. Strong midterm demand from corporate relocations and the entertainment corridor. Currently accepting applications.
